I am a Biochemist with over 30 years of experience in food safety, nutrition, and professional education. I have taught at university and tertiary levels in subjects ranging from analytical chemistry and microbiology to gastronomy and business management. As a consultant, I have desugned and implemented GMP and SSOP programs, trained staff in food hygiene, and advised organizations on regulatory compliance and quality systems. Since 2011 I run a cleaning business with my wife.
